Overview

FastCycle ("we", "us") provides an intermittent fasting tracking application. We respect your privacy and aim to collect only the data needed to deliver the service. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Data we collect

Account data: email, password hash, display name, profile photo.
Health & lifestyle data you provide: age, gender, height, weight, fasting protocol, goals, water and habit logs, weight history.
Usage data: device type, app version, anonymized analytics events.
Payment data: handled by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.

How we use your data

We use your data to operate the service, personalize plan recommendations, send the reminders you enable, fix bugs, and improve the product. We do not sell your data.

We share data only with service providers required to operate FastCycle (hosting, authentication, payments, error monitoring). Each is bound by appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms.

Storage & security

Data is stored on secure servers operated by our hosting provider. We use industry standard encryption in transit and at rest. No service is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

Your rights

You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA — including access, correction, deletion, portability, and the right to object. Contact us to exercise these rights.

Children

FastCycle is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email.
