By creating an account or using FastCycle, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

FastCycle provides intermittent fasting tracking, personalized plan recommendations, progress charts, and related educational content.

Not medical advice

FastCycle is an educational and tracking tool, not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any fasting protocol — especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, have a history of disordered eating, diabetes, or any chronic condition.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 to use FastCycle.

Subscription & billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings; access continues until the end of your billing period. Lifetime purchases include a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no reverse engineering, scraping, abusing other users, or uploading unlawful content.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FastCycle's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FastCycle operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
